Pre-Order Policy

When you Pre-Order an item from ShopElectrify.com, the item is reserved exclusively for you. Due to high demand and limited stock, we cannot except returns on Pre-Orders, however you may return pre-ordered items for exchange or store credit. Also, If you have placed an order for a Pre-Ordered item that has not shipped yet, and you would like to cancel your order we would be happy to cancel the pre-order and offer a Store Credit in exchange for the cancelled Pre-Order item.

We have no control over the exact date of arrival since production schedules can change. Items may arrive sooner or later than the estimated arrival time.
